At an altitude of 1350 m, in the heart of Val di Fiemme, Baita Deroche and is the ideal retreat to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Dolomites.
The cottage is located in a wooded property equipped with private road access, close to the natural park of Paneveggio, near Bellamonte. Is about 1 km from the ski resort Alpe Lusia, 10 km from the Latemar-Obereggencircuits.

The décor is traditional, with typical rustic furniture, wood and stone walls and refined details of furniture.
Chalet  Deroche and has the charm of the old mountain houses with stone sink, the kitchen and a wood-burningfireplace in the living room without detracting from comfort.
A large terrace allows to enjoy in complete privacy the magnificent panorama of snow-capped peaks of the Lagorai and see deer and deer approaching in silence dell'albeggio.
On two floors, the chalet is made on the ground floor a large living room with central fireplace and open kitchen,a unique relaxation area, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a bathroom with washing machine andservice.
 The living room leads to the spacious terrace equipped with tables, chairs and lounge chairs. 
On the first floor is a loft overlooking the ground floor, lounge area with sofas equipped with TV (including Sky ), VCR, Playstation and board games.
 On the mezzanine overlooking the second room with twodouble beds and one single. A Norwegian sauna allows  to finish the best days spent skiing.

Pets are welcome at no extra on the tariff.
