General DescriptionIn eastern "Trentino area", in the heart of the Dolomites on the doorstep of "Pale di San Martino", is glad to welcome you the warm atmosphere of an ancient alpine farm all wood and stone built, whith the characteristics of mountain farms in the area, we tried a particular style and refined by combining the warmth of traditional materials like stone and larch, innovation and the preciousness of the lines of modern design.
Immersed in the woods near the Natural Park of "Pale Di San Martino", located at 1450 mt s.l. in the Lozen Valley, an unspoilt valley which lies between magnificent views of surrounding peaks, 360 degrees wide view, between the powerful "Cima d'Asta", the Lagorai wild chain and the fairy beauty of the "Pale".
Completing that, the silence of the woods, the birds singing and the weak presence of deer and squirrels that you can see very close.
The whole structure is divided into three units, one large main house, having on the ground floor a large living room opened to the kitchen and breakfast area - relax around a large wood stove and living area with small library, TV Sat and DVD:
Attached to the living area hall you will find the bio-sauna with herbs and bathroom with shower and toilet.
A wide staircase leads upstairs where there are two duplex suites with lounge with a comfortable sofa bed, lounge with satellite TV-DVD, balcony and sleeping in the loft.
Apart from slightly off center to the main house, two lodges, a small one with a lovely suite for two and another one larger, with sitting area, fireplace, sleeping area and bathroom.Both suites with TV sat.
The delicate sound of the small waterfall in the mountain lake below, the cool sounds of streams and lush green lawns are the poetic note that welcome guests up on arrival.
In the summer possibility of hiking, walking, mountain biking, horseback tours, nordic walking, hiking, rock climbing courses with mountain guides.
In winter, we are half an hour far from the skiing facilities as part of the DOLOMITISUPERSKI, offering excursions with guides towards the various districts (Sella Ronda-Marmolada-ETC.)
Possibility of excursion with snowshoe, backcountry skiing for all main routes, difficulties at any level under supervision of a mountain guide, near the cross country skiing routes.
